The Association held its third training session, entitled “Ways of Communicating and Connecting with Children.”
The session focused on several key areas, including:
• Understanding the key stages of child development and the psychological and educational needs associated with each stage.
• Exploring the main psychological interventions, their different types, and the essential practices for protecting children and supporting their healthy development.
• Discussing how theatre and the arts can be utilized as dynamic, interactive tools to translate these interventions into visual and performative messages that contribute to children’s healing and provide them with community support.
At Buzoor Theatre Association for Culture and Arts, we continue to move forward with steady steps toward reshaping community awareness and utilizing the arts as a vital and meaningful bridge that supports psychological and social development, while creating safe, protective, and supportive environments for all.
