Buzoor Theatre for Culture and Arts Association concluded a training program for two groups of women on the “Barometer” technique, a methodology designed to measure the pressures and issues that threaten women’s everyday security in the Gaza Strip.
The training targeted 50 women of different age groups through a total of 10 training sessions.
Throughout the sessions, the women were able to find a safe space to speak, express themselves, and share their experiences. In this space, they found people who listened to them with care and compassion, giving their voices, laughter, and pain the attention they deserved—freely and without judgment.
