On the occasion of World Theatre Day...
Despite the brutal, systematic destruction and bombing perpetrated by the occupation against our theatres in the Gaza Strip, aimed at obliterating our identity and erasing our Palestinian heritage, we affirm, on the occasion of World Theatre Day, that the dream of a daily theatre connected to the issues and concerns of the people remains.
May the theatre and its workers be well and safe every year.
